We offer consultations, mineral analysis, and personalised homeopathic care. Our services are not a substitute for medical advice.

3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older or have consent from a guardian.

4. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking or as agreed. Prices are in AUD and may include GST.

5. Appointment Cancellations

• Cancelled more than 24 hours in advance: eligible for refund or reschedule.

• Cancelled within 24 hours: 50% cancellation fee applies.

• No-shows: full fee forfeited.

6. Intellectual Property
All content is owned by Wild Heart Homeopathy and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage.

8. Indemnity and Insurance
Wild Heart Homeopathy holds professional indemnity insurance. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wild Heart Homeopathy, its practitioners and representatives against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

9. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Wild Heart Home Kit – Terms & Conditions of Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage Your Wild Heart Kit is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, or neglect.

2. Warranty Will Be Void If- The case or remedies are exposed to direct sunlight or UV light.

- The case or remedies are stored outside the recommended range of 5–25°C.

- The case is placed near sources of heat, humidity, strong odors, or electrical/magnetic equipment.

- The kit is not used as intended (i.e., remedies stored securely in clips).

- Remedy vials are dropped, broken, or handled without care (glass vials require gentle handling).

- clips are forced, altered, or broken through misuse.

- The case is damaged by water, moisture, chemicals, or cleaning products.

3. Care Instructions- Store the kit in a cool, dry place (5–25°C).

- Keep remedies and the case out of direct sunlight, strong odors, and magnetic/electrical fields.

- Handle vials and PLA clips gently during travel and storage.

- Clean the case with a dry or lightly damp cloth only – avoid solvents or chemicals.

- Do not leave the case inside vehicles or areas prone to heat build-up.

4. Limitation of Liability Wild Heart Homeopathy is not responsible for damage caused by failure to follow the above care instructions, accidental breakage of remedy vials, or misuse of the case.

5. Ownership and Responsibility Once the kit is delivered, the kit and remedies are the responsibility of the customer. Wild Heart Homeopathy retains no liability for mishandling, storage errors, or misuse.
